Organic California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica)

Organic calendula flowers are in the daisy family, known as Calendula officinalis. The herb tends to be confused with the similar looking common garden marigold.

Organic California poppy herb, in Latin called Eschscholzia californica, is the official flower of California. Its brilliant orange cup shaped flowers and long stalks are adapted to the western arid environments, where for thousands of years the poppy has been used by the Yokut and Pima Indians.
