Vanilla Bean Powder

Vanilla powder is handy to keep on hand in your kitchen for flavoring many different types of desserts and beverages. Our vanilla powder is made by taking pure vanilla oleoresin and drying it onto a carrier (in this case, maltodextrin). No sugar or other ingredients are added to the product.

Many beverages are complimented by the addition of vanilla powder. Hot chocolate is one example. It also goes well as an ingredient in holiday eggnog, along with allspice and cinnamon. Your yogurt breakfast smoothie, with fresh fruit like banana and berries, will benefit from a pinch of vanilla as well.
