Manufacturing and Processing Facilities

Starwest Botanicals has a recognized 35 year track record as a manufacturer and processor of natural products. Utilization of proven, specialized manufacturing processes, equipment, and skilled technical personnel ensures consistent and uniform processing of our products. Our modern milling facility and blending equipment have the capability to produce several million pounds of finished product annually. Our 82,000 square feet of clean, modern warehouse space enables us to efficiently manage a sizeable prduct inventory and maintain adequate stock levels in order to promptly deliver our customers’ orders.

Powder Mill

Our high-speed Powder Mill can produce up to 10,000 pounds of fine powder per shift. Starwest also has regular Food Safety Audits, conducted by the American Institute of Baking (AIB). We have consistently received a Superior Rating.

Blending

Our blending equipment has the versatility to produce from 100-to 3,000-pound batches.
