Yes, subscription customers can skip a subscription delivery through the customer account dashboard. Log in to your customer account then navigate to ‘Dashboard’, select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab and select ‘Skip Delivery’ next to the subscription(s) you would like to skip.
Shipping is calculated using the same business rules as completing a new purchase from the website. Retail orders $75+ qualify for free shipping and Wholesale orders $250+ qualify for free standard shipping.
You can change the frequency of your subscription delivery in your online customer dashboard, under the ‘subscriptions’ tab. We currently offer monthly or quarterly subscriptions.
Subscription orders made on separate dates will not automatically ship together. If you have multiple subscription orders with different shipment dates/frequencies, you can bundle your subscriptions to save on shipping and reduce packaging waste.

If a product is out of stock the customer will be sent an email which explains which product(s) will not be shipped. The website will simply skip the out of stock item and try again at the next scheduled interval for the product.
Subscriptions will be automatically discounted at checkout 10% for retail and 5% for wholesale customers. The limit is one code per order, so additional discount codes cannot be added to the order.
Subscription orders do not automatically qualify for free shipping unless the total value of the subscription order meets the free shipping threshold of $75 for retail or $250 for Wholesale customers.
If you add a subscription product to a regular order with non-subscription items that qualifies for free shipping, the first subscription shipment will be free. However, shipping will be added to the recurring subscription product shipments that do not meet the free shipping threshold.

Customers can easily cancel their subscription from their customer account dashboard. First, log in to your account, then navigate to Dashboard and select the 'Subscriptions' tab. Next, select 'Cancel Subscription' from the dropdown on the right for the selected subscription(s). You also have the option to skip a shipment or change delivery frequency, which allows you the flexibility to keep the subscription active. Please note, once a subscription is cancelled, it cannot be resumed; a new subscription order will need to be placed.
Once a subscription has been cancelled a new order will need to be placed. If you need to temporarily pause a subscription, you can skip a shipment at any time through your online customer account dashboard.
No, cancellation of a single order does not cancel the subscription. Subscriptions are independent of orders. A customer subscription will automatically place an order for the customer at the scheduled interval. The customer can cancel the recurring subscription through their online customer dashboard, or by contacting customer service.
To change number of items in the subscription order, you will need to cancel and create a new subscription or simply add an additional subscription for the same product.
Once a subscription order is placed, you cannot add additional items. However, you can have multiple subscription orders active at the same time and select a combined shipment date for all subscriptions from your customer dashboard.
