All online orders shipping via FedEx will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders that are shipping via USPS may take one additional day for shipment as our USPS pickup time varies.

*Due to FAA restrictions, we cannot ship essential oils or liquid extracts via air freight. All packages containing these items must be shipped by ground. If you wish to expedite the rest of your shipment, please place a separate order for the items you wish to expedite.

For herbs, teas and spices we have a variety of choices: organic, wildcrafted, or conventional. Certified Organic items will have the word “Organic” in the product name and description. Wildcrafted items will say "Wildcrafted" in the product name and description. Conventional items will only have the name of the product and will not indicate either organic or wildcrafted in the products description.

We have various forms of products available: whole, sliced, powder, and cut and sifted "C/S" (CUT into approximately ¼” in size and all smaller particles SIFTED out). The form of the product will also be listed in the product description so you can be sure to know which form you are purchasing.

Country of Origin and Botanical names are also available on each product description page.

Packaging info: To preserve freshness, aroma and potency, our 1lb items are packaged in a poly-foil bag with re-sealable zipper. Our 4oz items are packaged in a convenient stand-up pouch with product viewable face, a re-sealable zipper closure. When properly sealed, the packaging is usable for long term storage.

We offer full ingredient disclosure. Many of our items are single ingredient items. For the items where there is only one ingredient, the description of the product serves as the ingredient list and there is no Ingredient listing in the Product Description area. For items that contain more than one ingredient, in the Product Description the full list of ingredients will be available to view.

We recommend storing them in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight in air-tight containers. Keep daily use containers separate from long term storage containers. We suggest refilling daily use containers in either a weekly or bi-weekly fashion to minimize air exposure for product being stored long term – months or years.
