I have purchased Vanilla Extract powder from other companies and have always been very disappointed. The flavor was bitter and extremely "artificial tasting".

Your product was delicious and I will be ordering from you again!

Questions & Answers for Organic Vanilla Extract Powder

Is it pure vanilla powder, or do you add something like sugar?

Vanilla extract requires an additional ingredient to become a powder. Sucrose or dextrose is the common carrier needed for this product to be an extract powder. Vanilla extract powder simply does not come any more naturally than this. If you do not want added sugar in your vanilla product, use the liquid extract or if you must have a vanilla powder, use ground vanilla beans. Our vanilla extract powders, whether they have sucrose or dextrose are checked to be sure they are GMO free. You can find our ingredient list for each one in the description here (bottom):

If you would rather seek sugar free organic vanilla powder, you might consider ground vanilla beans only. Our 100% Organic Vanilla Bean Powder is here: http://www.starwest-botanicals.com/category/vanilla-beans/
