Shipping Timeframes
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here's an overview of our estimated shipping timelines based on order size:
Orders under 25 units: Ships same day if placed before 11 AM PT.
Orders of 25–50 units: Ships within 1–2 business days.
Orders of 50–150 units: Ships within 1–3 business days.
Orders of 150–500 units: Ships within 3–7 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and may not be guaranteed.
All online orders shipping via FedEx will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders that are shipping via USPS may take one additional day for shipment as our USPS pickup time varies.
Please note, we only ship to US and Canada at this time.
*Due to FAA restrictions, we cannot ship essential oils or liquid extracts via air freight. All packages containing these items must be shipped ground. If you wish to expedite the rest of your shipment, please place a separate order for the items you wish to expedite.

Shipping Rates
All rates are calculated in real-time (by FedEx or USPS) on our site on the first page of the checkout process. If you have added items to your shopping cart you will also be able to see estimated shipping rates before proceeding to checkout.
Please note: Additional fees, such as brokerage charges, duties, taxes, and government inspection fees may apply to international shipments. You are responsible for these fees and they are typically charged by COD at the time your shipment is delivered.

Free Shipping on Orders over $250+
Here are the terms and restrictions associated with our offer:
+ The $250 qualification is based on your merchandise subtotal, after discounts and before tax is added.
+ International shipping is NOT included in this offer, except as noted for orders going to specified countries that reach a higher minimum order total. You will still be responsible for any additional charges, such as customs brokerage fees and all import duties or taxes.
+ Free shipping only includes shipments made to addresses within the continental United States, except as otherwise noted for orders that reach a higher minimum order total.
+ Starwest reserves the right to select the carrier when paying the freight.
+ Starwest reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
Order Damages, Shortages, or Shipping Errors
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping.
To resolve a damage issue, please follow the instructions below:
- Always inspect your shipment for any damage before signing for delivery.
- If exterior damage has occurred, we recommend refusing the delivery.
- Notify Customer Care within 72 hours of receipt to report any shortages, damages, or shipping issues.
- Please have your order or invoice number available when reporting a damage claim.
- Photos of all damage are required with a damage claim.
Returns and Credits
We are committed to resolving order issues quickly and easily. Please review the following guidelines to ensure prompt processing of a return or credit:
Returns & Requirements:
- Call our Customer Care team at 1-800-800-4372 (M–F, 7:00 am–4:00 pm PST) within 45 days of receipt to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Note: Returns sent without a valid Starwest-issued RMA number will not be accepted or credited. - Provide your order number or invoice number, along with a brief reason for the return.
- Products must be received by Starwest within 60 days of the invoice date to be eligible for credit. No returns or credits will be accepted after 60 days from the invoice date.
- Products must be in saleable condition.
- Items must not be marked, stickered, or altered.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all standard returns not related to product defects, damages, or errors.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise authorized by Starwest.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of each return box.
- Return labels will only be provided if the return is due to a Starwest Botanicals error.
Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue a refund or credit to the original form of payment.

Drop Shipping
Drop shipping over the web is not encouraged. We can only guarantee drop ship orders when placed over the phone or by email directly to sales reps. $150 minimum required.
