While not every product goes through all seven steps, many of our botanicals follow the full StarCare™ process, especially those that benefit from additional testing and verification.

  1. Step 1: Trusted Sourcing

    We work with sustainable farms and ethical partners, many of them family-owned, to source clean, carefully grown botanicals. Every partner goes through a detailed review before joining our supply chain.

  2. Step 2: Authenticity Testing

    We use advanced testing like DNA verification, HPTLC, and microscopy to make sure every herb is exactly what it claims to be—pure, unadulterated, and botanically accurate.

  3. Step 3: Heavy Metals Screening

    Using top-tier lab equipment, we test for heavy metals like lead, mercury, and arsenic to ensure everything stays well within safe, regulated limits.

  4. Step 4: Pesticide Residue Testing

    No unwanted chemicals here. We test for pesticide residues so our products stay as close to nature as possible and safe for your cup, plate, or cabinet.

  5. Step 5: Microbial Safety

    Each batch is screened for bacteria, mold, yeast, and other microorganisms. We’re also exploring next-level testing methods like PCR to keep raising the bar.

  6. Step 6: Sensory Evaluation

    We use our senses, too. Trained team members assess aroma, color, and flavor to make sure every herb is vibrant, fresh, and true to form.

  7. Step 7: Final Review & Packaging

    Before anything ships, it gets one last quality check. We then package each product with care using eco-friendly materials that protect freshness and potency, right up to your doorstep.
