Our delicious blend of superior quality herbs, fruit, and spices to make hot mulled wine and hot spiced cider packaged in bulk.

Ingredients

Orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and allspice.

Directions

Combine all ingredients and heat to just below boiling point. Reduce heat, cover pot and simmer for thirty minutes.
Hot Spiced Cider: 1 quart apple cider or fruit juice (cranberry or orange juice); 1/2 ounce Starwest Mulling Spices (in culinary bag); Starwest Cinnamon stick (6"). Variations: Add 1oz. Of brandy or rum.
Hot Mulled Wine: 1 quart port or red wine; 1/2 oz. Starwest Mulling Spices (in culinary bag); 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice; 1/8 cup brown sugar; Starwest Cinnamon Stick (6").
