MYTHOS
Strength & Clarity
Grounded, warm, and quietly expansive. Mythos builds depth without heaviness, anchoring a dish while allowing it to open slowly.
Mythos Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon Tahini
A simple dish that leans into warmth and contrast.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mythos seasoning
- Salt
Tahini Sauce
- ¼ cup tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 1 garlic clove, grated
Instructions
Roast cauliflower at 425°F for 25 minutes until golden. Whisk sauce until smooth and drizzle over before serving.
Mythos Herbed Quinoa Bowl (Gluten Free)

- 2 cups vegetable broth

Instructions
