Mythos Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon Tahini

A simple dish that leans into warmth and contrast.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Mythos seasoning
  • Salt

Tahini Sauce

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 1 garlic clove, grated

Instructions
