Easy Ginger Tea Recipes
Posted by Molly McConnell on 03-20-2025
One of my favorite things about ginger is the way that it stimulates a sense of flow to help relieve stagnation and open the channels of the body. It may even help support healthy circulation, vasodilation, and the elimination of natural toxins. When ginger is combined with other herbs, it gives them a boost to circulate their beneficial properties around the body more easily. This is called a synergistic effect. When you combine ginger with your favorite herbal tea, it adds power and potency to the existing benefits of those herbs.
If you’re unsure how to begin combining ginger with other herbs to make tea, I’ll walk you through it. We’ll start with easy two-ingredient ginger tea recipes, then move to delicious three-ingredient ginger tea remedies for full body wellness.

The paper is free of dyes, adhesive, and glue, and is oxygen-bleached (no chlorine used), therefore eliminating dioxins. Non-GMO and free of allergens and epichlorohydrin.
